Full-time, onsite in Scarborough ON Print Manager is a primary point-person responsible for overseeing a variety of print projects. Bringing **print sales management** and **graphic design** skills, this team member is dedicated to Client care, vendor relationships, and miscellaneous team projects. To achieve these important goals, the Print Manager will define project requirements and scope, manage project resources/materials, and supervise the efforts of our facility, the vendor/supplier(s), and the Client. Efficient management of products, consistent quality control, and clear communication of expectations and insights are critical tasks that must be performed throughout each project's lifecycle. **Core Competencies** - Customer Focus - Communication - Teamwork - Quality Orientation - Time Management - Adaptability/ Flexibility - Planning and Organizing - Problem Solving - Accountability and Dependability - Mediating and Negotiating - Computer Skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe design programs **_Experience in print project management and graphic design are required._** Most projects are mail-related, such as envelopes, letterhead, postcards, magazines, etc. Knowledge of direct mail processing is an asset. **Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Extended health care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Toronto, ON M1P 4Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - Can you describe what "bleed" is, and when it is required? - What binding options are available for a multi-page magazine? - Could you please outline your work experience with litho/offset print projects? **Experience**: - Graphic design: 1 year (required) - Print sales: 2 years (required)
