**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and supervise clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement to ensure availability.
- Facilitate communication between departments to enhance collaboration and workflow.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve overall productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise clerical staff effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.04-$27.92 per hour
