**Primary Responsibilities**
- Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business experts, the IT team, and other functional analysts to ensure seamless integration of processes and functionalities
- Develop and execute functional test scenarios
- Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of tools and processes
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
- University degree in computer science, business administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst
- Proven expertise in functional analysis and testing
- Knowledge of D365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server would be considered an
- Versatility and learning speed
- Bilingualism: proficiency in French and English at intermediate to advanced level (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all CIMA+ colleagues across Canada.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in an agile and collaborative environment
