L’Analyste TI sera responsable de contribuer à l’implantation et la configuration de Microsoft Dynamics Business

Central, principalement pour le volet Supply Chain.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Analyser les requis et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles

• Cartographier le flux de processus et établir la documentation technique

• Mettre en place et configurer de nouveaux modules (configuration des fonctionnalités et requêtes SQL)

• Former les super utilisateurs en collaboration avec l’équipe de transformation ERP

• Effectuer le suivi des projets avec Azure DevOps

PROFIL

• 5+ années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste Fonctionnel TI

• Expérience professionnelle en analyse de système ERP et idéalement avec une migration

• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics BC, et idéalement les modules Supply Chain

• Expérience dans le secteur du commerce de détail et/ou de distribution (fort atout)

• Bonnes habiletés de communication et esprit de collaboration

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

The IT Analyst will be responsible for supporting the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics

Business Central, primarily focused on the Supply Chain module.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze requirements and write functional specifications

• Map process flow and establish technical documentation

• Set up and configure Supply Chain modules (configuration of functionalities)

• Train super users in collaboration with the PMO

• Track projects with Azure DevOps

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst

• Professional experience in ERP system analysis, ideally involving migration

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC, preferably with Supply Chain modules

• Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)

• Good communication skills and collaborative spirit

• BAC in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
