Reporting to the Piping Manager, the Project Coordinator will support project execution while working under the mentorship of experienced professionals. This individual will assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities while supporting project managers and project teams. This role involves both office and field work across Saskatchewan.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Assist with project procurement, expediting, and materials management.
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to align project execution with plans.
- Support project teams in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including purchase orders, reports, requests for information, quality check-sheets, etc.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality requirements, client specifications, and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills**
- Understanding of the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated.
- Experience with scheduling software is considered an asset.
- Piping experience is considered an asset.

**Education, Training, and Experience**
- Minimum three years of experience in project coordination/management within the manufacturing or construction industries.
- Relevant post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
