The Parts Sales & Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ equipment is running and performing to the Vacutrux standard. As part of the sales team this individual will:

- Troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, mechanical issues with customers
- Scheduling and billing in-house service work with repair/sales team
- Support Shipping and Receiving department by assisting in the packaging and shipping of materials and parts
- Work closely with receiving department to maintain knowledge of what parts have arrived and are ready for ship out.
- Assisting purchasing department with maintaining minimum inventory values
- Sales order entry and ensuring customer receives the parts/equipment requested on time
- Answering and giving advice to customers with technical issues, parts and equipment selection
- Scheduling repair appointments for customers with the service department
- Arranging freight with the customer for deliveries
- Keeping current on new products and upgrading equipment/parts knowledge
- Dealing with customer warranties, refunds and credits
- 2-3 years of previous sales experience
- Mechanical experience viewed as an asset
- Sales experience in a technical capacity viewed as an asset
- Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with customers
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
