Are you passionate about basketball and skilled in working with young athletes? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Youth Basketball Coaches for our development-level program catering to ages 7-12

**Responsibilities**:

- High performance basketball training.
- Develop and implement practice plans for youth basketball sessions
- Evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Inspire and motivate players to realize their full potential, cultivating a positive and inclusive environment.
- Attend weeknight and potentially weekend programs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience coaching or training with children or youth
- Knowledge of basketball fundamentals
- High energy and adaptability to varying situations
- Willingness to continually learn and enhance personal knowledge
- NCCP Certification is an asset but not mandatory
- This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $30 to $45 per hour depends on the level of coach experience.

- In-person coaching sessions
- Markham/ Richmond Hill

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 10 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
