Job Title: Continuous Improvement/Quality Coordinator

Location: Etobicoke, ON

Major Intersection: The East Mall and N Queen St

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Shift Timings: 08:30 AM - 03:30 PM / 09:00 AM - 04:30 PM

**Salary**: Depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Analyze quality data to identify improvement areas.
- Lead initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Train staff on quality standards and improvement techniques.
- Maintain documentation on quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present quality reports.
- Address customer complaints and feedback.
- Work with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum 3 years of experience in the facilitation and all aspects of lean or six sigma projects
- Internal auditing certificate
- Quality Management Certificate/Diploma
- Application of the theory of constraints methodology
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S, SMED)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Internal Auditor certification (required)
- Quality Management Certificate or Diploma (required)
