**About the Position**

The BIM Coordinator is part of the US based Production team composed of Modelers, Engineers, BIM Specialists, and Estimators. The Production team guides the work to completion from beginning to end. BIM Coordinators operate within a complex ecosystem, maintaining timely and accurate information between clients and the Production team. The successful BIM Coordinator is an excellent problem solver with a strong process orientation and high aptitude in technology based platforms.

As a BIM Coordinator you will....
- Manage project to completion monitoring time, cost, technical, and performance parameters
- Facilitate information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communication
- Align client and Pinnacle staff on project scope and schedule
- Manage the change control process
- Perform quality check for shop drawing and model revisions
- Resolve quality issues, delays, and client satisfaction concerns
- Support business development efforts through networking, public speaking, and referrals
- Represent Pinnacle Infotech at industry events

**To be successful in this position the following requirements are strongly preferred**
- Possesses 5+ years experience in the Construction industry
- Experience in BIM coordination or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
- Practical experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks/Navisworks Manage, BIM 360, and related software
- Flexible to travel as dictated by business need

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
