Hello, my name is Talisha and I am the HR Manager at Carmela Industries (Summit Valve and Controls). We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Information Technology person on our I.T. team.

The person in this role is responsible and will take ownership for many components of our I.T. products including managing hardware inventory and distribution of Hardware and Software, assisting with troubleshooting, and working closesly with our outsourced I.T. colleagues.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to work independently and have a certain propensity for problem solving, have high critical thinking skills, exemplary organization and prioritization and communications skills. **This role is a support resource for all stakeholders working with Carmela Industries.**

This role offers significant autonony, ownership of tasks, and growth opportunities.

The job description includes:

- Primary contact for onsite hardware and mobile devices and plans
- Software Management including Office 365, Sharepoint/Intranet, some ERP and CRM, and additional software (as required)
- Collaborate with IT Providers and Contractors; ticket and helpdesk maintenance and communication. Liaise between IT contractors, internal IT representatives, and Staff as necessary.
- Responsible to maintain I.T. Hardware inventory
- Cost tracking - software and hardware costs.
- Maintain accurate list of users.
- Manage subscriptions and memberships.
- Project Management and working closely with Chief IT Officer to develop new strategies, targets, and budgets each year.
- A solid understanding of office 365; Excel, Word, and Sharepoint
- Experience in project management or in a coordinator role
- A friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
- High level of ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- A natural curiosity; big-picture thinking, critical thinking skills, a propensity for asking questions, and a drive to understand.
- A supportive, customer service approach
