**OVERVIEW**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Be an inspirational leader and coach to build and retain high performing individuals and contribute to a positive team culture.

- Lead and/or support corporate and operational projects in alignment with corporate methodologies, ensuring successful and timely delivery of business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with management at all levels, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

**WHAT YOU WILL HAVE**:

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is required.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and enterprise-level service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in budgeting, planning, organizing, and delegating with strong decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to make confident decisions in complex, high-stakes situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical contexts, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with service management frameworks and operational governance, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
