We have a **full
- time opportunity** for a **Manager **on our **Central Systems Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office**. **We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently our teams have the opportunity to work together in our Saint John office and also to work from home with company provided equipment.

Our **Central Systems Manager **is responsible for driving technology solutions to support reservation processing across all central systems. The role involves continuous collaboration with supporting business disciplines and our technology partners to create and implement technology solutions that enhance our systems. The Central Systems Manager will provide system expertise to multiple business units to ensure streamlined process across departments. The role is also responsible for the management of testing all new production enhancements for our internal voice agent system.

**Reporting to the Senior Director **you will be empowered to demonstrate your proven 7+ years experience in the hotel or related industry partnered with a post-secondary education in an associated discipline. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with hospitality reservation systems. Your strong analytical ability, exceptional written and verbal communication skills are keys to your success in this role.
