**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a busy accounting firm who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. This includes managing office staff, supplies, facilities and budgets as well as handling administrative tasks and supporting senior management.

**Duties**
- Manage the office budget including approving purchases and tracking expenses.
- Processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Supervising and monitoring administrative staff.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to expand client accounts.
- Ensuring timely services that meet client expectations.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff.
- Maintain office equipment and manage inventory of supplies to support daily operations.
- **Experience**:

- 3 years previous experience as office manager or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong background with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Knowledge of basic accounting including personal tax returns and corporate returns required.

Pay: From $60,320.00 per year
