Good Shepherd manages and operates over 60 properties, ranging from large low-rise group homes to affordable and low-income mid
- and high-rise residential buildings.

With a strong background in new construction and with our existing and recently acquired land sites the company has a pipeline of mid
- and high-rise development and construction projects on different stages of implementation.

**How You Will Make an Impact**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development and Construction Coordinator on the Client's side with Junior Project Manager growth perspective at Good Shepherd. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating development and construction projects, managing budget, project documentation and controlling project timelines.

**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
- A degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- 2- 4 years of experience as a construction coordinator or a Junior Project Manager.
- A demonstrated commitment to the values of Hospitality, Quality, Adaptability, Responsibility, Availability and Dignity.
- Experience in Construction and Development industry
- Site coordination and Project Management expertise
- Budgeting and Project Control experience
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus
- Observe all health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations.
