**What you need to know about this job?**
- Located in East York, Ontario
- 8 hour days within standard business hours
- All Associates will be trained
- Pay increases are always considered after probation period

**What will you be doing?**

**As Customer Service**:

- Resolve client concerns and issue as required
- Record relevant client issues in our customer relationship database
- Report to management and the production team on client endeavors
- Answer client questions with respect to pricing, products, and status of orders

**As Data Entry**:

- Enter customer orders into our order management system accurately, send sales order confirmations, and follow-up on missing information on the orders
- Conduct additional tasks as requested.

**What qualifications will you need?**
- 2+ years in customer service or office administration (**in the manufacturing industry is preferred)**:

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Effective written, listening, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy computer literacy - Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software
- Problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills
- The ability to establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Passion for helping customers and service oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively listen
- Team player with the ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
