As a member of our customer facing team, the Order Specialist will provide top tier customer service to our sales reps and customer facilities through proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery. You'll be part of a small growing team ensuring our customer support and order management processes are rock solid and ready to assist our rapidly expanding external sales team. You are comfortable working within multiple platforms daily (e.g. CRM, ERP, portals), possess strong communication skills and are able to multi-task while prioritizing competing customer requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sales reps, customers and suppliers
- Manage the full cycle of the orders process, including generation of sales orders, order entry and fulfillment and order submission via our 3PL partner ensuring orders are in line with customer contractual requirements
- Maintain accounts in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Netsuite)
- Initiate and maintain regular dialogue with key stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Operations, Finance, to resolve and prevent issues, maintain best practices, resolve issues and enhance mutual understanding of the order to cash process
- Receive and process daily inbound orders with a focus on accuracy, KPIs and HIPAA compliance
- Proactively review order status and communicate estimated ship dates or exceptions with customers, sales reps and internal teams
- Process Return Materials Authorization

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an orders or inventory management function
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Strong software skills with MS Word and Excel
- Proficient in the full cycle of the orders management process, from order entry to point of delivery
- Familiar with ERP and CRM systems (Netsuite, SalesForce, Oracle, Sage, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-starter, independent and proactive, with ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
