**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) / Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in various settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by offering personalized care and assistance.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines and activities.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving and medication assistance a must. particularly in nursing homes or senior care settings.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
- Experience with meal preparation and medication administration is highly desirable.
- A background in home care or working with persons with disabilities will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.
