**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking using QuickBooks
- Provide proofreading support for internal and external communications
- Support office management functions to ensure a smooth workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in clerical roles with a focus on administrative support
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clients
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous
- Background in personal assistant roles is beneficial for managing executive tasks
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
