**A Leading Manufacturer of Custom Residential Windows & Doors for over 35 years is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team.**

**Position Description**:

- Proactively inspect and examine machinery, equipment & building inside and out to detect any irregularities and malfunctions.
- Put together and maintain a strong PM Program.
- Support new machine builds, installations and modifications.
- Install, align, take apart and move stationary machinery and mechanical equipment such as pumps, airlines, fans, conveyors according to layout plans.
- Troubleshoot and assist in providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to Production and Engineer team.
- Grounds maintenance such as plowing, shovel and salting.
- General building maintenance.
- Practice safe Lock-out procedures.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations - Provincial, Federal and Company.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Mechanically inclined with Trade Certification.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, technical and communications skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Able to work alone and within a team.

**Compensation**:

- Starting wage to be determined based on experience.
- Benefit Enrollment at 3 months.
- Paid Vacation.

Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 7:00a.m. to 3:30p.m. with the ability to be flexible especially in winter months.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
