Futureways Education Inc. is dedicated to guiding students through various educational programs and helping them achieve their academic and career goals. We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator or Influencer to join our team and engage with our target audience across social media platforms.

**Job Duties**:

- Develop and produce engaging, high-quality content for social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Promote and showcase our educational programs and services to attract prospective students.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Stay updated on current social media trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content.
- Represent Futureways Education Inc. authentically and positively across all platforms.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Content, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications or courses in social media marketing or content creation are a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a social media content creator, influencer, or similar role.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and their content tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce original and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Knowledge of educational content and student engagement strategies is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.42-$23.91 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
