DESCRIPTION

If you love storytelling and excel at independently building creative visual and written content for the fast-moving social media landscape, we want to hear from you. As a **Content Creator**, reporting to our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for writing content for our blog, creating videos and graphics for our social media channels that aligns with our marketing strategy.
JOB DUTIES
- Creating engaging, on-brand, visual and written content for a variety of social media platforms, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
- Generating, researching ideas for our content and social initiatives and campaigns
- Capturing, editing and manipulating both photography and video for the creation of content
- Designing or adapting graphics from brand asset libraries for use in content
- Sourcing visual assets, graphic elements, tools and techniques to facilitate timely production techniques
- Shooting live events or on-set video coverage, shooting footage with or without an expanded production team
- Collaborating with other videographers and photographers to schedule and organize workloads to ensure deadlines are met
- Produce consistent, high-quality photos and videos
- Working with internal/client teams to gather materials/ information for social media postings
- Tapping social media trends, memes and themes for integration into content
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 3+ years of demonstrating initiative, innovation, and creativity in all major social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest and Twitter
- 3+ demonstrated digital photography and videography skills, shooting in both studio and outdoor settings
- Strong design skills, fluent in both Adobe Creative Suite as well as a diverse range of mobile app video and image processing software, plug-ins, techniques and approaches
- Capable video editing and motion design skills, in both Adobe Premiere but also with a variety of mobile content creation apps
- Strong writing skills and experience writing social content, blogs and demonstrated excellence in proofreading and editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, spelling and grammar
- An understanding of SEO best practices
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities while coordinating with various teams and departments
