We are looking for a **motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Estimator** to join our Calgary team. **Duties**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assess project requirements
- Climb ladders and walk roofs to complete inspections and estimates
- Prepare accurate project bids and proposals
- Use cloud-based systems to manage estimates, client communications, and project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial sale through completion
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and the competitive landscape to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company offerings and expand your professional network

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients
- Strong knowledge of the roofing and exteriors industry, construction estimating processes, and project management principles
- Comfortable working at heights, including climbing ladders and walking on roofs
- Ability to learn and use cloud-based systems for estimates, project management, and client communication
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
