**About the Position**:
Out of the Blue Designs, Vancouver Island’s leading supplier of decorated fashion, sports and corporate apparel, has an excellent opportunity for a full time career as an experienced Textile Screen Printer for our in house print department.

**Is this position right for you?**

**Essential Skills**:

- Six months to one year screen print experience in a high volume production environment
- Complete knowledge of têxtile screen printing processes
- Adheres to the highest level of quality control
- Organized, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to meet deadlines and schedules
- Work independently when required
- Communicates well with other team members
- Reliable, dependable worker
- Continuous learner

**Advanced (preferred) Skills**:

- Ability to set up art for print production
- Skilled in the use of automatic printers; and use of digital screen printing equipment along with good basic computer skills

Out of the Blue Designs (OOTBD) is a full-service, multi-line distributor of branded apparel and promotional products. We provide services to a broad range of clients such as corporations, schools, teams and government. OOTBD has been in a continuous growth mode since the company’s inception in 2005. OOTBD is the leading supplier of branded apparel and promotional products on Vancouver Island. We have state of art technology and marketing tools that our sales professionals can leverage to build brand awareness with prospective clients. We enjoy one of the industry’s highest levels of repeat customers. In Victoria our 7500 square foot warehouse includes corporate offices, 2000 square feet of sample showroom and our in-house production facility. Controlling our in house embroidery and silk screening departments gives OOTBD a competitive advantage which provides the ability to control our production schedule and monitor quality.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
