**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that align with customer preferences.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing payments.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hotel industry, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards within a kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction management.

Pay: $24.28-$24.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
