**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Service Manager** to oversee and coordinate day-to-day service operations across our dealership. This role involves managing vehicle preparation, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring seamless communication between departments to keep operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all service and delivery operations, ensuring vehicles are prepared and delivered on schedule
- Coordinate with mechanics, tire shops, and detailing teams for timely completion of work
- Manage a team of 6-10 employees, including service, detailing, and support staff
- Supervise the showroom, maintaining presentation standards and workflow efficiency
- Work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure all vehicle deliveries meet dealership standards
- Track service progress, vehicle readiness, and quality control
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a dealership or automotive operations management role
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
