**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic are mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and up-selling strategies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data entry and using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
