**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude, serving as a role model for colleagues and contributing to a supportive, customer-focused environment.
- Answers and directs incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Greets and acknowledges all customers in a professional manner, ensuring they are assisted or directed to the appropriate person for unresolved concerns.
- Collaborates with dealership staff to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handles public and customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Monitors visitor access and maintains awareness of dealership security.
- Verifies and updates customer contact information in the CRM/database.
- Assists the sales and finance departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Accurately processes customer payments and issues receipts for deposits and vehicle purchases.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the reception area, showroom, and customer lounge.
- Ensures guest amenities (e.g., coffee, refreshments) are fresh and fully stocked.
- Distributes incoming internet leads to the appropriate sales personnel promptly.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing training on upselling techniques and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the dealership.
- Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
**Experience**
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional quality
- Strong professional background in sales and customer service
- Strong Leadership skills
- Good numeracy skills and sound analyzing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
- Valid OMVIC License
- College Diploma or University Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish or Turkish is preferred but not required; ability to communicate fluently with diverse clientele is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dealership operations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is highly desirable.

Pay: $36,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
