**Responsibilities**:
- Provide and coach Budtenders on excellent customer service and manage any customer concerns
- Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining and enforcing the Company policies and procedures.
- Provide education on cannabis products and related topics to help customers find the best products to suit their needs
- Inventory management and back-of-house support
- Ensure store is clean and tidy and meets the most stringent sanitary requirements
- Assists with marketing
- Ordering from the OCS
- Reach sales targets
- Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Assist with POS transactions and end of day cash reconciliation report any discrepancies.
- Report on any suspicious incidents of guest or team member behavior to the Store Manager.
- Assist Store Manager with any required store audits to maintain accuracy and compliance to company standards.
- Enforce all company policies and programs (workplace hygiene), ensuring compliance.
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation.
**Requirements**:
- 19+ years old
- Valid Cannsell certification or ability to obtain certification
- Retail Manager License from the AGCO
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal record check
- Available to work various shifts not limited to days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, some holidays
- Desire and the ability to develop a positive, in-depth understanding of cannabis
- 2 years plus experience in a similar scope of role successfully leading a team
- Detail-oriented and able to handle cash, POS (Greenline) register and all sales transactions
- Proven track record with demonstrated sales and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/unsupervised
- Exemplary communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and train and educate others in processes, procedures, and products
- Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 11 kg
- Technologically proficient in use with tablets, MS Office, Google Docs, and other operating systems including troubleshooting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
