Aux Vivres Cuisine is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production and Operations Assistant Manager to support the management of daily production activities, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and compliance with safety and food regulations. This role is designed for individuals aspiring to develop their skills in production management, with a keen interest in optimizing workflows and enhancing product quality.

**The position requires Sunday to Friday availability, 8am-4pm for a maximum of 40 hours per week.**
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Assist with management of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. (Both French and English)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the production management field.
- Experience leading teams in food production.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. You could start earning $21-$24 per hour

**Le poste requiert une disponibilité du dimanche au vendredi, de 8h à 16h, pour un maximum de 40 heures par semaine.**
- **Tâches et responsabilités**:_
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures opérationnelles afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et la productivité.
- Contrôler et analyser les performances opérationnelles, identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
- Aider à la gestion des employés, en fournissant des conseils, une formation et un soutien selon les besoins.
- collaborer avec d'autres services pour assurer une bonne coordination des opérations
- superviser la gestion des stocks, y compris les commandes, la réception et le maintien des niveaux de stock
- Veiller au respect de toutes les réglementations et normes pertinentes.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec les vendeurs et les fournisseurs.
- **Exigences et qualifications**:_
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et d'organisation. (en français et en anglais)
- Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
- Volonté d'apprendre et de progresser dans le domaine de la gestion de la production.
- Expérience de la direction d'équipes dans le domaine de la production alimentaire.
- Un permis de conduire valide est un atout

Salaire compétitif en fonction de l'expérience et des qualifications. Vous pourriez commencer à gagner entre 21 et 24 dollars de l'heure

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
