**The position requires Sunday to Friday availability, 8am-4pm for a maximum of 40 hours per week.**
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_
- Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Assist with management of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

**Le poste requiert une disponibilité du dimanche au vendredi, de 8h à 16h, pour un maximum de 40 heures par semaine.**
- **Tâches et responsabilités**:_
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures opérationnelles afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et la productivité.
- Contrôler et analyser les performances opérationnelles, identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
- Aider à la gestion des employés, en fournissant des conseils, une formation et un soutien selon les besoins.
