We are looking for a Team Leader for our compliance package department who is able to set the example while motivating others to a common goal of success. In addition to strong leadership skills, you must demonstrate strong technical skills along with compliance packaging experience.

We support 50 different groups making approximately 750-800 blister packs per week. The Team Leader will manage the day to day functions of this department; guiding the team, solving any minor issues, and ensuring streamline productivity. You will also be a functioning member of the front line team with scheduled shifts as well as being able to jump in based on need. You will be responsible for some departmental administrative tasks including (but not limited to) scheduling and updating existing task lists and procedures.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Pharmacy technician: 10 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
