Plains offers a hybrid work environment in which working from home is combined with working in the Calgary office throughout each week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and schedule volumes from multiple receipt locations and coordinate deliveries with downstream carriers
- Develop and sustain strong customer relationships with shippers, producers, and other midstream / end use companies
- Proactively assist traders and develop a detailed understanding of supply and logistics to provide commercial feedback and value add
- Manage inventory positions at Plains facilities while working with our Assets team and keeping positions updated in our supply and demand model for current and future months
- Provide solutions and ideas to maximize / improve profit on existing deals and / or explore hidden value / options
- Develop and maintain NGL production forecast projections for Plains’ fractionation facilities
- Submit and monitor Notice of Shipment for inbound NCL supply, buy-sell, and TIK agreements
- Liaise with third-party counterparties and team members to resolve and eliminate issues impacting schedules, supply, and settlements
- Execute cost management, accruals, and invoice validation
- Manage nominations and daily shipping schedule for all movements and all modes of transportation (truck, pipeline, rail)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel skills
- RightAngle ETRM experience considered an asset
- Detail oriented and accurate with very strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand the company’s competitive landscape and communicate knowledgably with customers
- Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work well on a team
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to demonstrate initiative by undertaking tasks independently
- Cleared criminal history (background) and satisfactory reference checks
