**Description**:
**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:

- Actively manage the inbound and outbound NGL shipments via truck, pipeline, and rail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketers and customers to execute optimal product delivery schedules, while ensuring plans are in line with contract commitments
- Proactively manage supply chain challenges by working with all carriers, facility operators, and customers; create and manage processes to ensure risks are mitigated and compliance is maintained
- Investigate and resolve various freight an optional service charges including storage, switching, diversion fees, demurrage, and truck wait times
- Maintain strong communication with customers, investigate delays and product quality concerns, act as the main point of escalation for logístical challenges
- Manage railcar fleet, ensuring railcars are fit for service and that railcar utilization is maximized; continuously assess the fleet, ensuring the optimal balance loaded and empty railcars
- Responsible for month end activities, including the accounting accruals, placement reports, and reporting of volumes oved by rail, truck and pipeline

**Education, Skills and Experience**:

- University degree or other post-secondary certificate or degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive logistics experience, preferably in the Energy industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Class 1 railways
- Experience with product deliveries via pipeline, truck, and rail
- Working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. regulations relative to the transportation of dangerous goods/hazardous materials
- Alignment with IPL culture and core values
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required
- Able to demonstrate the ability to learn and collaborate with others to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
- Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- A proven ability to work independently, while recommending solutions and improvements to processes
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to deliver on tight deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

**Hours**:
Full time Monday-Friday; on-site;
this role requires occasional after-hours support or flexible on-call hours
