Management Trainee
Job Overview:
Executive Mat Service (EMS) is looking for Management Trainee’s to focus on growing our organization while embarking on an exciting fast-paced career path with an entrepreneurial spirit. Sales, Service, Operations and Administration. Management Trainees will start in a delivery service and sales function rotation role and upon mastering skills will transition into other departments of company.
Upon graduating from the program Management Trainees will be well versed on all aspects of our organization and will be well equipped for future supervisors and leadership roles. EMS provides ongoing leadership training and a career development plan to ensure Management Trainees can perform at their fullest potential while contributing to the overall National Growth Strategy.
Key Responsibilities Service Sales Rotation:
- Securing new business service contracts and achieving/exceeding sales performance goals.
- Driving Truck/Van for deliveries to customers during operations rotation.
- Execute on EMS Customer Service Absolutes
- Handle customer service issues and provide service resolutions.
- Developing service area systems and growing area into larger branch.
- Collecting and identifying industry expertise to be used in sales presentations and securing new service contracts.
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process improvement, and cycle time with all sales and services activities
- Work with organizations CRM to document and update prospects sales pipeline and prospective client pertinent information on a timely basis.
- Ability to lift 50Lbs
Management Trainees receive:
- Base salary and quarterly bonus potential

Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver's license
- Clean drivers Abstract
- Min 2-year College diploma and or bachelor’s degree or obtaining within 3 months.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (specially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent written and oral communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50Lbs
