We are seeking recent university graduates to join our client’s team as **Technical Trainees/Associates.** As a Technical Trainee/Associate, you will work with a team of experienced professionals and receive on-the-job training to develop the necessary technical skills to succeed in your role. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title**:Technical Trainee/Associate**

**Type of Hire: FullTime**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in on-the-job training programs and learn the technical skills required to perform the job duties
- Work closely with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience in various technical projects
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological developments and industry trends
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and other technical skills relevant to the job
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in software development or hardware engineering through internships, co-op programs, or personal projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing assigned tasks

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
