**Your days will include**:
- Facilitate weekly new employee orientation
- Assist the Recruitment Team with job posting advertising
- Administration of benefits programs
- Enrolling employees in the benefits programs
- Assist employees with their benefits
- Assist HR Team with employees who are on leave from employment
- Other duties as assigned
**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:
- Grade 12 education
- Certificate in Human Resources considered an asset
- 3 years in an administrative position
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent customer service skills required
