Asphalt Sale Representative

**Join a Growing Team in the Asphalt Industry**
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field prospecting
- Schedule and attend on-site visits with potential customers
- Educate clients on asphalt paving, repair, and maintenance services
- Prepare and present estimates, bids, and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools (if applicable)
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B or construction sales (asphalt or paving industry a plus)
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a designated territory
- Comfortable working on a commission-only structure
