Mna Distribution Inc seeks an experienced **Customer Service Representative **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist in scheduling the next day’s work for team.
- Generate proposals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn new software easily.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Competitive Salary

Hours: Monday through Friday, we are flexible (overtime available)

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
