Accurate Security is looking for a full time Service Dispatcher / Office Admin who has knowledge of coordinating scheduling, service, and maintenance. **Responsibilities**: - Answer internal and external customer inquiries - Coordinate the activities of our dispatch operation to ensure that functions are handled in an efficient and complete manner - Prioritize each call based on urgency to ensure customer impact due to service issues is minimized - Coordinate coverage activities for specific areas and schedule assignments for vehicle operators taking into consideration their skills, location, availability - Tracking and recording the completion of service calls and maintenance visits - Ensure paperwork is completed and forwarded to the appropriate party in a timely and accurate manner - General Accounting Assistant - Make outbound calls as needed to maintain excellent customer service - Assist with the maintenance of a customer database - Obtain quotes for equipment and or parts as needed for the field techs, Order parts and provide purchase orders to the vendors - Other duties as assigned by the owner * - **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**: - Experience preferred in dispatch/coordination activities - Proficient in Microsoft Office (advance knowledge in Word & Excel is preferred) - Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task - Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal skills - Must be able to have "big picture thinking" with ability to multitask and solve issues competently and logically **Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations: Accurate Security follows all Federal and Provincial guidelines regarding Covid-19 Work Location: One location
