Ready to get your foot in the door with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company? Eco-Pro Services is on the lookout for an energetic Administrative Assistant to join our Accounting & Administrative Department in Crossfield, Alberta.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the friendly and professional first point of contact — answering and directing calls for all Eco-Pro locations
- Work alongside our accounting team, handling document prep, scanning, and filing to keep invoicing organized and efficient
- Manage office supplies, organization, and daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Jump in on special projects, from planning company events to coordinating team appreciation days
- Occasionally support social media and marketing initiatives — help us showcase our team, projects, and community spirit
- Take on additional administrative duties as needed.

What You Bring:

- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
- Interest in accounting, administration, and business operations
- A touch of creativity or social media experience is a plus — but not the main focus of the role
