Payroll Administrator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer full-cycle Canadian payroll for hourly, salaried, and DSP employees on a bi-weekly basis
- Review and validate employee timecards, identifying errors or duplicate entries
- Communicate with Project Managers and department leads to ensure timely approvals
- Reconcile time entries with payroll software and submit balanced report to the Controller
- Create Source Deduction reports bi-weekly
- Generate Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) and Open Circle benefit reports following each pay cycle
- Manage group benefit plans and submit monthly hour-bank reports
- Onboard new employees/DSP’s and process terminations, including Records of Employment (ROE) via Web ROE
- Maintain and track salary employee vacation accruals
- Complete year-end compliance reporting including T4s, T5018s, and WCB filings

**Qualifications**
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with Explorer Eclipse is an asset
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across departments

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- payroll processing: 5 years (preferred)
