We provide a variety of services, predominately for seniors and other folks that need a little extra help in day to day living. Between in care living and community supports, we proudly serve over 500 individuals each year through our 320+ staff and 100+ volunteers. **Job Summary**:To perform and assist in all aspects of the personal care of the residents.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Personal Care Worker, Continuing Care Assistant or Home Health Provider is required
- Nursing experience in a long-term care facility
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular and consistent basis
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work shift work
- Alzheimer and Other Related Dementia Provincial Certificate required
- Demonstrated ability to work with residents with Alzheimer Disease and other related Dementia
- Must provide valid criminal record check and vulnerable record check.

**Salary Range**:In accordance with the Collective Agreement between Ocean View and the Ocean View Local CUPE

**Signing Bonus**: A $5000.00 signing bonus is available based on the prorated FTE. Some conditions apply.

**Rotation**:Days/Evenings/Nights: All Shift Hours

**Salary**: $17.56-$23.28 per hour
