**The Role: are you up for the challenge?**:
Aimsio prides itself in providing an excellent response to our valued customers. The technical support rep’s primary focus is to assist our clients with questions they have, or investigations/tweaks they may require. However, this isn't your typical support role.
**Responsibilities: how will you make a contribution?**:
- Triage incoming requests to ensure urgent requests are handled in a timely manner
- Use creative problem-solving to resolve customer inquiries. This may involve a programmatic solution, questioning with Implementation Specialists, or assigning work to other team members and following up on its progress
- Be the primary point of contact for customers with support issues
**Qualifications: do you have what it takes?**:
- Experience or education with front-end programming, specifically JavaScript and HTML/CSS is a must
- Knowledge of and some experience working with SQL queries
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Experience collaborating with teams
- Patient and positive demeanor
- Ability to explain complicated technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Highly organized and deadline-driven, with an incredible ability to multi-task
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
- Some experience doing technical (ie. software) support is a huge asset
