What You’ll Be Doing:
- Offering support to clients regarding security, camera, access, and fire systems
- Responding to incoming calls and delivering technical assistance in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Analyzing client issues and finding effective solutions Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any open issues Scheduling service calls and coordinating with service technicians
- Building strong, trusting relationships with customers while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and recycling policies
- Taking on various tasks as needed to support the team and ensure customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
- Knowledge of security systems and related technologies
- Experience with customer service software and databases
- Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and wireless technology

Pay: $37,807.74-$69,756.42 per year
