**Responsabilités principales**:

- Préparer les états financiers incluant la mise en page, la mise à jour, le traitement, suivi, etc.
- Préparer les déclarations de revenus des sociétés et des fiducies pour les clients
- Effectuer la facturation
- Produire la correspondance générale
- Assurer une communication proactive et efficace avec les associés et les directeurs
- Offrir un soutien administratif constant
- Autres tâches cléricales connexes

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir**:

- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau (une expérience dans un cabinet comptable est un atout)
- Maîtrise de l'informatique et solide connaissance de la Suite Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capacité à apprendre et à s'adapter rapidement à de nouveaux logiciels
- Connaissance de Tax Prep, Case Ware, Case View, un atout
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps, en organisation et souci du détail
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
- Flexibilité pour travailler des heures supplémentaires au besoin
