As a shift leader, you will be responsible for the success of our restaurant and guest experience during your shift, but will often get a tap on the shoulder to offer your thoughts on our growing business.

**This role is full of opportunity to step into future leadership with Patina Brewing.**

We are looking for someone with ideas and a great work ethic. Your skillset should revolve around an ability to lead people, a love for a fast-paced work environment, and genuine care for your team. Any knowledge of the BOH and/or smoking meats will give you an edge

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Leading team

Training

Guest experience

Cleaning

Cooking

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
