The Taphouse Coquitlam are looking for a dynamic manager with potential for advancement. The manager will ensure that all Taphouse guests are provided with the best experience possible and all responsibilities will be conducted in a professional manner.

**What you have to offer**:

- Foster a positive and fun culture.
- Manage and execute all aspects of the front of house, performance management, recognition and development.
- Manage staff by building strong teamwork and maintain restaurant staffing needs.
- Lead, manage and deliver the Perfect Guest Experience each and every shift and maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.
- Shift management of controllable costs in food, beverage and labor. (We can help you learn this concept)
- Deal with guest complaints and concerns
- Ordering - some scheduling - reservations
- Can make tough decisions
- Eventually going from being the Day Manager to being the Assistant Manager
- Helping the Assistant General Manager, General Manager or the Manager of Guest Relations and Culture with all aspects of restaurant operations

- Advancement opportunities available. This is the day manager position with advancement to the AGM role, and the possibility of future advancement within our organization.
- Working day / afternoons may be Tuesday through Saturday 11-12pm to 7 or 8pm, but hours can be flexible.
- Once in a blue moon an evening shift may be required due to holidays from the GM.

Depending on the role the position can be within $42k to $45k depending on experience with a small pay increase after the probationary period.
- Hours range from 42 to 50 hours weekly.
