**What You'll Do: Key holder (2nd ASM) Responsibilities**

As an Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you will:

- **Develop and Empower Teams**: Support the training, coaching, and development of a high-performing sales team to build depth and drive results.
- **Drive Sales Performance**: Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.
- **Execute Operational Excellence**: Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smooth and sharp.
