**What You’ll Do**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as directed by The Company
- Ensure that Company safety policies and relevant regulatory requirements are applied and maintained
- Ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in InFlight manuals are followed
- Maintain competency in all current safety and emergency qualifications
- Provide first aid when required
- Operate safety and emergency equipment
- Comply with Company uniform standards
- Maintain valid personal travel documents and Company medical requirements
- Other duties as assigned

**What You’ll Need**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience an asset
- Fluency in both official languages an asset
- Must successfully complete a five-week training program
- Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the position
- Possess a valid Canadian passport that allows travel to all countries served by Sunwing Airlines
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to swim
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Capable to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays and to travel on a consistent basis
