**Your Role**
As a Sales Associate at New Steel, you will:

- Welcome customers warmly and assist with their questions and needs
- Recommend products and share knowledge about our jewelry selection
- Keep merchandise stocked and displays organized
- Contribute to a clean, inviting store environment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate inventory needs (e.g., sold-out items) to the manager monthly

**Training & Support**
We provide **paid training** that includes hands-on learning and a detailed training guide. You’ll gain product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales skills — with ongoing support until you feel confident in your role.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a busy environment with professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility for varying shifts

**Part-Time: 5-15 hours per week**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
