We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers while assisting them with their purchases. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing technical sales support as necessary.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with technology products is a plus, especially in technical or technology sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
